Keller Williams is excited to have Susan Long a part of their team.  Susan has been licensed since 1995 and brings vast business experience and education to round out our team. 

Susan grew up in Shreveport and graduated from Byrd High School, but has since lived in small towns with only 1200 people as well as the large metropolis of Dallas. No matter where people are moving from or to, Susan can relate. “I know the challenges of moving in any type of environment. Having moved seven times in nine years, I was thrilled to return to Shreveport and raise my boys in a single home for 15 years.” 

Susan is also Secretary/Treasurer of Advanced Timber Services, Inc., a business she began with her husband, Jim, in 1997.  Susan graduated from Texas A&M University in Business Administration and her M.Ed. in Technology from Northwestern State University in 2006. 

Community service is a big part of Susan's heritage.  As a 15 year member of the Pelican Council of Girl Scouts, she achieved First Class (equivalent to Eagle Scout), served two terms on the Council's Board of Directors, one term as vice-president and received the Friendship Pin - the highest honor awarded an adult volunteer.  As a member of the Norwela Council of Boy Scouts for seven years, she was a Cub Scout den leader two years, awarded the Den Leader Knot, served seven years on the Pack 15 and Troop 14 Executive Committees and assisted her husband, Jim, in his role as Cub Master and Scout Master for six years.

Susan has been active with youth lacrosse in Shreveport since 2002.  She and Jim started the first varsity lacrosse team at Captain Shreve High School.  She was the club's treasurer and fundraising chair and has served on the state committee to bring the first lacrosse championship games to Shreveport.  
 

Keith Kiper knows Shreveport and Shreveporters well. Born here, he attended Shreve Island Elementary, St. Mark's Day School, Jesuit High School and holds a BS in Business Administration from LSU Baton Rouge.

Keith now resides in the house his father, Ralph Kiper, designed and built in 1956 on the banks of Old River (the Duck Pond) in Shreve Island. Working in one of the family's businesses, Dee's Photo Supply, allowed Keith to get to know an abundance of Shreveporters. After closing that in December, 2008, Keith chose real estate as his next adventure, bringing buyers and sellers together by concentrating on their needs by matching just the right home to his client's dreams.” 

Keith has served his community by serving as President of the Retail Council of the Downtown Development Authority, Secretary of the Line Avenue Business Association, President of December on The Red, and chaired the Red River Revel's Photo Scavenger Hunt for eighteen years.
